Jass Bianchi - CEO Foodie Fan Club

CEO & Founder

Meet Jass Bianchi

Food has always been my way of connecting with the world

Jass Bianchi is the CEO and Founder of Foodie Fan Club, a company on a mission to help restaurants and food brands grow their online presence and attract more customers (because everyone deserves a packed house and ranking on Google’s First Page). With over 20 years of experience as a growth strategist in both corporate and creative settings-spanning marketing, PR, and media-Jass has worked with international icons and cherished local favorites from diverse cultural backgrounds. She blends her creative expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and lifelong passion for food and culture, all while proving that “eating” is the most productive kind of business meeting.

Her journey with food began at age three at her great-grandmother’s Yonkers home, where pizzelles, cannolis, pasta, and red gravy meatballs filled the table, inviting family to gather and share. This love for food, passed down from her great-grandmother to her mother, grew through cherished moments with her grandmother, savoring pierogies and broccoli rabe, and watching her mother transform garden harvests into colorful dishes, with peppers and onions sizzling in simmering oil. As she grew, Jass’s passion expanded through firsthand experiences in the restaurant industry, from bustling chain eateries to a cozy German restaurant where she discovered red cabbage paired with spaetzle. For the past nine years, she has channeled this passion into marketing and music booking for Restaurants, Breweries and Pizzerias, crafting strategies that have helped the business thrive.

Food has always been Jass’s bridge to connection and culture-and her passport to some unforgettable (and sometimes hilarious) adventures. She’s indulged in everything from a full English breakfast during a rushed layover in London to Dominican oxtail in Washington Heights, catch of the day mahi mahi paired with Aruban Belashi, fresh sardines, and potatoes in back ally Portuguese huts and fried conchies in Key West. She’s conquered Lechón Asado in Little Havana, devoured roti in Barbados, and reveled in paella with langoustines cooked over a brick oven fire in the backcountry of Valencia.

With friends, she’s raised caipirinhas at Brazilian hideaways, cooled down with mango lassi’s at Punjabi barbecues, survived schnitzel festivals in Switzerland complete with yodeling and cattle parades, scarfed down poutine in Montreal, and made a glorious mess with deep-dish pizza at Chicago’s iconic Gino’s East. Even hidden gems like underground Cali Chinatown spots serving duck and bao smoked Grasshoppers and homemade strawberry tequila in Mexico, or Portland speakeasies pouring craft microbrews have added quirky depth to her ever-growing culinary tale. For Jass, the world is her buffet, and she’s here for seconds.

Her quest for food continues to grow, powered by her amazingly talented chef wife (a serious perk of marriage) and a relentless passion for tasting the world’s flavors while celebrating its many cultures-one bite at a time. Through Foodie Fan Club, Jass brings these rich experiences and insights to her work, helping food businesses craft their unique stories and achieve sustainable growth in a competitive digital landscape. Her practical, results-driven approach makes her a trusted partner for restaurants striving to stand out and succeed.
